Just drink lots of water, eat healthy, real food ( cut out processed food, soda). Do some cardio like walking, or runnig, or swimming, or any activity that you like. Eating every 3 hours is important to speed up metabolism also.
Thank you thats good advice. Ill try swimming more and drinking more water. Do you know if theres any particular food to help lose weight? I got told apples help but idk. I just dont want to lose weight from my boobs or bum lol
